Square Enix has opened websites for Kingdom Hearts 4 and Kingdom Hearts: Missing Link. Both games now have pages dedicated to them through the Kingdom Hearts portal. However, the websites for both Kingdom Hearts 4 and Kingdom Hearts: Missing Link are fairly sparse. As it stands, the only thing on either game’s page is its announcement trailer. Kingdom Hearts 4 and Kingdom Hearts: Missing Link were announced during the 20th anniversary event.
Kingdom Hearts: Missing Link is a mobile game that takes a 3D perspective. Players will be able to climb various environments and fight Heartless in contained arenas. Several areas were shown during the launch trailer, alongside what appeared to be multiplayer. A closed beta test is scheduled to appear sometime in 2022. The game will release for Android and iOS devices, but will only be available in specific regions. These have yet to be revealed.
Kingdom Hearts 4 is the next numbered entry in the Kingdom Hearts series. The announcement trailer revealed series protagonist Sora’s new design. Additionally, it provided a look at how combat will potentially look in Kingdom Hearts 4. However, despite an announcement trailer appearing, it gave no estimated window of release or announcement of what platforms it will be released on.
Kingdom Hearts: Missing Link is in development for Android and iOS devices. Kingdom Hearts 4 is in development.
